Re-weld Policy
Our permanent jewellery has a 3 month warranty. Despite the fact that we only use the highest grade sterling silver, 12ct gold filled, and 9ct gold, these jewellery pieces are nevertheless susceptible to breaking if not handled with care. If you have any issues with your item, we'll do our best to help, reach out to us at hello@sealedlinks.co.uk.
Cancellation Policy
You can modify or cancel your appointment 24 hours in advance in "My Bookings" or by sending us an email at hello@sealedlinks.co.uk. If you cancel less than 24 hours before the appointment, the deposit is non-refundable. For cancellations made before the 24-hour window, the entire deposit will be refunded to the payment card used to secure the booking.
