Can I change/cancel my appointment?You can modify or cancel your appointment 24 hours in advance in "My Bookings" or by sending us an email at hello@sealedlinks.co.uk. If you cancel less than 24 hours before the appointment, the deposit is non-refundable. For cancellations made before the 24-hour window, the entire deposit will be refunded to the payment card used to secure the booking.

Can you wear permanent jewellery for airport security?Solid gold and silver aren't magnetic and won't set off airport alarms so you won't need to take it off. On the occasion that you are asked to remove your welded bracelet, simply cut the chain at the jump ring and we can re-weld the item at no cost.

What locations do you travel to?We travel across Lancashire and Greater Manchester in the following areas: Blackburn, Burnley, Chorley, Fylde, Hyndburn, Pendle, Preston, Ribble Valley, Rossendale, South Ribble, Wyre, Bolton, Bury, Oldham, Rochdale, Stockport, Salford, Manchester Tameside, Trafford, Wigan.

What is your re-weld policy?Our permanent jewellery has a 3 month warranty. Despite the fact that we only use the highest grade sterling silver, 12ct gold filled, and 9ct gold, these jewellery pieces are nevertheless susceptible to breaking if not handled with care. If you have any issues with your item, we'll do our best to help, reach out to us at hello@sealedlinks.co.uk. Sealed Links is not liable for lost chains. ​
